Executive Team Assistant

Your mission
This role would suit a highly enthusiastic, experienced PA/Administrator who can think on their feet and work well as a team player to support their team members. This is a varied role that includes reporting directly to, and supporting the Director of the company and his team with all things travel and diary management, as well as supporting various, sometimes, off-the-cuff tasks that crop up throughout the working day. The successful candidate will already have good experience and knowledge in handling payroll and accounts systems, so experience in this area is highly desirable to apply for this role. The successful candidate should consider themselves a team player who thrives in getting a good job done, is willing to adapt to the ever-changing needs and demands of a growing business, and is invested in becoming a highly valuable member of a fast-paced, buzzy, and dynamic organization.  This is a perfect position for a person looking to grow within the company with the insight for a long-term investment in their career.
  • Managing the payroll of 4 locations across Europe
  • Support with bookkeeping and account payables and receivables
  • Organize meetings, travel, and accommodations for the firm
  • Organize company events
  • Diary management for the management team
  • Management of external communications
  • Support with hiring processes
Your profile
The ideal candidate is capable of managing the administrative matters of a fintech data management firm with multiple locations across the ​EU and the UK with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business administrative role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and to understand the internal process
  • Team player and eager to learn and improve workflows
  • Fluency in English. Other EU languages are a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU or the UK.
