Your mission
This role would suit a highly enthusiastic, experienced PA/Administrator who can think on their feet and work well as a team player to support their team members. This is a varied role that includes reporting directly to, and supporting the Director of the company and his team with all things travel and diary management, as well as supporting various, sometimes, off-the-cuff tasks that crop up throughout the working day. The successful candidate will already have good experience and knowledge in handling payroll and accounts systems, so experience in this area is highly desirable to apply for this role. - Managing the payroll of 4 locations across Europe
- Support with bookkeeping and account payables and receivables
- Organize meetings, travel, and accommodations for the firm
- Organize company events
- Diary management for the management team
- Management of external communications
- Support with hiring processes
